 If you’re not sure which platform is the best fit, we’ll recommend one during your Discovery Call based on your goals, budget, and how hands-on you’d like to be.

      We’ll begin with a Discovery Call to learn more about your business, goals, and vision for your brand or website. After the call, you’ll receive a custom proposal outlining the project scope, timeline, and pricing within one business day.

      A 50% deposit is due at signing for Web Design + Development and Brand Kits. On-Demand Support is billed hourly, timed in 15-minute increments, and invoiced on the 1st of the following month.

      We are available Monday through Friday from 9 am – 5 pm EST, excluding major holidays. 
- 
      
      We’ll connect via email, phone, or Zoom during office hours. Email is the best way to keep everything organized, but calls and video meetings can be scheduled when needed.

      Most Brand Kits are completed in one week, while Web Design + Development typically take 5–7 weeks. Timelines may shift if feedback, content, or approvals are delayed — but we’ll always keep you informed along the way.

      Your proposal clearly outlines what’s included. If you request additional features, pages, or edits beyond the agreed scope, those will be billed hourly at our current rate. We’ll always confirm before moving forward so there are no surprises.

      Yes — you’ll provide your brand assets, copy, and imagery. If you’d like assistance, we can recommend copywriters and photographers, or source high-quality stock imagery on your behalf.

      Yes. While you’ll be able to make updates yourself, we also offer On-Demand Support for continued design updates, troubleshooting, or new features. Support is billed hourly and invoiced monthly.

      Yes — you’ll receive a post-launch guide and/or recorded walkthrough showing you how to make edits confidently. If you’d like a more in-depth training session, we can schedule one at our hourly rate.

      Deposits are non-refundable, as they reserve time on our project calendar. If you need to pause or cancel, we’ll invoice for all work completed up to that point.

      We aim to respond within 1–2 business days during office hours. For urgent requests, please mark your email as time-sensitive and we’ll do our best to prioritize it.
