We start with a Partnership Fit Call to confirm priorities, align on seasonal support needs, and determine whether a Pivot Partnership™ is the right fit for your business.
If there’s alignment, we’ll recommend the appropriate partnership level (Pro or Tour), outline an initial focus, and move into onboarding. From there, execution begins.
Divot operates on a subscription-based creative partnership model designed for ongoing evolution and growth, rather than one-off projects.

Divot Design Co. operates during standard business hours:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm EST — excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Requests submitted outside of business hours are reviewed the next business day.
Emergency or after-hours support is not guaranteed and may require a separate agreement.

Support is provided during business hours. Limited expedited or off-hours support is available exclusively within the Tour Partnership and is offered on a discretionary basis for high-impact needs.

Initial inquiries and discovery call requests are typically responded to within one business day.
Once onboarded, Pivot Partners™ receive priority access and structured communication through their client portal, project boards, and scheduled touchpoints.
Guest Pass support is handled based on availability and current partner workload.
Divot does not offer ad-hoc support outside of an active partnership or Guest Pass engagement.

The Pivot Partnership™ begins with a three (3) month minimum commitment.
This initial term allows us to establish momentum, build a strong foundation, and deliver meaningful progress.
After the initial three months, partnerships continue on a month-to-month basis unless either party provides notice of cancellation.
All partnerships are billed upfront and operate within a subscription-based creative support model.
Work begins once payment is received.
