  • Creative support is billed at $100 per hour, with a one-hour minimum. After that, time is tracked based on the work completed, so you only pay for the support you actually use.

  • From branding and visual identity to website design, landing pages, marketing collateral, campaign design, and ongoing creative support, I'm here to help with both one-off requests and long-term brand evolution.

  • Absolutely. Many clients return whenever they have a new project, website update, campaign, or creative challenge. Once we've worked together, there's no need to start from scratch—just reach out whenever you need support.

  • Yes. While you'll always work directly with me, I collaborate with trusted specialists when a project requires expertise in areas like development, SEO, photography, videography, or marketing. You still have one creative lead throughout the entire project.

  • Every project begins with a 15-minute discovery call. If we're a good fit, we'll sign a simple service agreement and schedule your first hour based on your priorities and availability.

  • Divot Design Co. operates during standard business hours:

    • Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm EST — excluding U.S. federal holidays.

    Requests submitted outside of business hours are reviewed the next business day.

  • After-hours support is available for high-impact needs, launches, or time-sensitive situations at an expedited rate.

  • New inquiries and discovery call requests are typically answered within one business day.

    For active clients, communication is ongoing through your shared project portal, organized request tracking, and scheduled check-ins. I respond to messages as quickly as possible during business hours, with most questions answered within one business day.
